DAY 1: HANOI ARRIVAL
Upon arrival at the airport, meet and greet by our local English-Speaking guide and transfer to hotel in Hanoi. Your room at the hotel will NOT be at your disposal until 14:00hrs.
 
Enjoy your rest of time at leisure. During your leisure time, feel free to explore Hanoi, one of Asia's most fascinating cities with its unique blend of western and oriental charm when traveling to Vietnam. You can wander through the 36 streets in the Old Quarter, rummage for souvenirs and witness the artisans working on their specialty crafts.

DAY 2: HANOI CITY TOUR AND OVERNIGHT TRAIN TO LAO CAI
8:00 AM, you star a Hanoi day tour, including a visit to the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (closed on Mondays and Fridays and every afternoon), his personal residence House on Stilt, the One Pillar Pagoda and the Tran Quoc Pagoda. Then, depart to the Museum of Ethnology (closed on Monday) and its striking exhibition about the Vietnamese ethnic plurality. 
 
In the afternoon, visit the Temple of Literature - the first university of Vietnam, where you will understand about the art of woodcarving and bronze casting in Vietnam in the 19th century.  Afterward, visit Hoan Kiem Lake, meaning Lake of The Restored Sword where you will visit Jade Temple on an Island. This legendary lake is a symbol of Hanoi where the local inhabitants go to every morning for morning exercise.
 
Return to hotel for freshening up then spend a great time in the Old Quarter and try a local beer at “bia hoi” corner and the local street food such as grilled meat, vegetable, or a bowl of pho just like a local people. Then try a cup of coffee at a local coffee shop.

Tonight we take the overnight train to Lao Cai (Sapa).

DAY 3: LAO CAI TO SAPA & TOPAS ECOLODGE
You arrive early in the morning in Lao Cai, a border town to China where you meet your driver who will take you directly to the hilltop of Topas Ecolodge at the elevation of 1000m. Upon arrival at Topas Ecolodge, you will have breakfast while enjoying a 360-degree mountain view.
 
09:30 AM, You start a Sapa day tour by walking to neighbor village Lech to experience the daily life of Red Dzao Minority. The walk leads you through the rice paddy terraces and offers you great opportunities hunt pictures as well to enjoy the magnificent valley view with rivers and local colorful farmers. 
When you arrive at the village, we will visit a local house where you learn how minority women still master the old skill of embroidery. You will have a chance to interact with local inhabitant there before walking back to the lodge.
 
The remainder of the day is on your own: continue exploring the local area on your own or enjoy a good book and coffee in your bungalow.
 
The night is spent in your own private bungalow with a view of the valley and the surrounding mountains.

DAY 4: TOPAS ECOLODGE TO Y LINH HO – LAO CHAI – TA VAN
Wake up in the early morning to enjoy the quiet moment in a mountain setting, listening to birds singing. Breakfast at hotel restaurant where you can enjoy the beautiful terrace rice fields around you.
 
You check out and at 9h30 AM we start your second Sapa day tour by taking a path along the rice paddies fields on a route far from most other travelers. You will cross Muong Hoa River to reach the ethnic minority villages (Ta Van, Lao Chai, Y Linh Ho) where the two minority groups of Giay and Black H’mong are living together. Soon you will see the big difference in customs and traditions, where Giay prefer to dress in colorful silk whereas Black H’mong produces their indigo colored hemp wear themselves. Your good lunch will be served in a local village restaurant.
 
Approx: Grade 2 of 5/ 2 hours walking, 45min driving.
 
After lunch, the car is ready to take you to the historical Sapa town famous for its minority market and old French colonial church. Your guide is happy to show you around the town

DAY 5: VISIT MINORITY ETHNIC MARKET IN SAPA
Today, set off for a minority ethnic market. Depending on the travel date, we have a chance to see one of the following markets in Sa Pa area.

Tuesday: You can visit Coc Ly market; it is 50 km far from Lao Cai and 95 km Sa Pa. Some minority groups will join to this market, such as H’Mong, Tu Di, Ba Di, Tay, Nung, Han.

Wednesday: Sin cheng market is 120 km far from Lao Cai and 160 km from Sa Pa. There are 4 mains groups such as H’Mong, Nung, Tay, and Thu Lao.

Thursday: You can choose one of two markets to visit. First, Cao Son Market is 120 Km far from Sa Pa. Another one is Lung Khau Nhin, 103 km far from Sa Pa.

Saturday: There are two markets which are Can Cau (140 km from Sa Pa) and Pha Long (70 km far from Lao Cai)

Sunday: You can choose either Ba Ha (70 km from Lao Cai) or Muong Khuong (50 km from Lao Cai).

After the visit, take a bus to return to Hanoi. Upon arrival at your hotel in Hanoi, check-in to hotel

DAY 6: FROM HANOI TO HA LONG BAY WITH OVERNIGHT ON BOAT
At 8:00 AM, meet our tour guide at from your hotel in Hanoi and take a 4-hour journey to Ha Long bay by private vehicle. Upon arrival at Ha Long pier, check-in on board your junk for an overnight Cruise.
 
Start sailing amongst the thousands of islets of Ha Long Jewel and have the opportunity to join many outstanding activities such as visiting an amazing cave and a floating village or just swimming in a pearl farm. Before your dinner, you will also have the chance to join a cooking demonstration on the sundeck or a squid fishing activity.  Don’t miss the unforgettable sunset and sunrise.

DAY 7: HA LONG BAY TO HANOI AND FLY TO HUE
Early morning, start your day with a Tai-Chi instruction on the sundeck while complimentary tea and coffee are served. After a light breakfast, you will discover Sung Sot Cave, also called the Surprise Cave. Walk up about 100 steps to the cave entrance and tour the cave for approximately 45 minutes. Walk down about 100 steps and return to the boat. A brunch will be served while the boat weighs anchor to cruise through the Bay passing beautiful spots.
 
Return to the pier and transfer back to Hanoi. En route drive to Yen Duc village to visit a lively water puppet show, a uniquely northern Vietnamese art form depicting scenes from rural life in a colorful and entertaining manner.  Upon arrival at the village, walk around the village and visit the Pagoda, a temple of a village and enjoy a real performance at the home of water puppetry.
 
Return to Hanoi airport for domestic flight to Hue. Upon arrival at Phu Bai airport in Hue, meet our tour guide and transfer to hotel in Hue.

DAY 8: HUE FULL DAY CITY TOUR
08:00 AM, start your Hue day tour to the former capital of Vietnam under the Nguyen Dynasty. You first visit the Imperial Citadel and Forbidden City created in the 19th century for the Emperors under the Nguyen Dynasty. 
We later take a boat ride along the Perfume River to Thien Mu Pagoda with a 21-meter high octagonal tower built in 1844. 
 
Lunch will be taken in a local pagoda.
 
Afternoon, we drive to the outskirts of Hue to the impressive tombs of Emperors Tu Duc and Khai Dinh which are considered two of the most beautiful Royal Tombs in Hue.
Return to hotel and the remainder of the day at leisure.

DAY 9: HUE OVERLAND TRANSFER TO HOI AN
08:00 AM, start the 3.5-hour drive journey to Hoi An, listed by UNESCO as a World Culture Heritage and was once a well-known trading center in Southeast Asia from the 16th to 18th centuries. Its sizeable community of foreign merchants resulted in a unique architectural style with Vietnamese, Chinese and Japanese influences. This spectacular drive is over Hai Van to Danang where we can stop to visit Cham Museum which presents the greatest collection about Champa civilization.
Keep driving southward and stop at Marble Mountain, a scenic spot with caves, temples, shrines, pagodas and a great view of the surrounding area. 
 
Upon arrival at Hoi An, check-in to the hotel and enjoy a walking tour through the narrow streets to have a look at Hoi An Ancient Town. It was one of the major ports in South-East Asia between the 15th and 19th century. The architecture of the town perfectly reflects the influence, both indigenous and foreign, who contributed to the success of this UNESCO Heritage Site.

DAY 10: HOI AN TO MY SON AND TRA QUE VILLAGE
08.00 AM you start the My Son day tour and Tra Que village. You drive through the beautiful countryside villages and towns on your way to the ancient relics of My Son with fun. Photo opportunities abound.
 
09.00 We arrive at the haunting sound of Cham music and stop to take in the vibrantly dressed dancers enjoying a traditional dance performance.
 
09.30 Your walking tour begins with a short ascent up to the Cham ruins walking along a track bordered by jungle. As we reach the top, the ancient ruins appear. While you explore the area your guide will explain the history of the religious site which served as a burial site for the Cham monarchs many centuries ago.
 
10.30 Time to return to our car to continue our journey of discovery. We take a ride through the countryside and paddies on our way to Tra Que Village.
 
12.00 We arrive at Tra Que Village. The village is famous for its fresh local herbs and vegetables and is named after the sweet smelling herb that is used to flavor many local Hoi An dishes. 
 
The farmers in the village use no fertilizers in their soil, using instead, algae found only in a lagoon adjacent to the village. It produces abundant and delicious herbs and vegetables. Among many others, the herbs are used to flavor Banh Xeo, Cao Lau and My Quang, all local dishes. Local people insist on these herbs for the very best quality dish.
Your local village hosts will provide you with a cooking demonstration and show you some of the local specialties including how to make rice paper, Banh Xeo and Tam Huu local spring roll. Then it’s time to roll up your sleeves and try your hand at preparing your own Hoi An 3 course specialty lunch. Sit back and enjoy your culinary creations at the family table overlooking the locals tending the land.
 
13.30 Before we set off on our tour of the village, it’s time to relax and enjoy a traditional foot massage in the fragrant garden.
 
14.00 Your village hosts will take you on a tour of the village. Explore the nurseries and herb gardens abundant with bird’s eye chili, lemongrass, basil, coriander and spring onions all thriving in the rich soil. Learn about the unique algae and its nourishing impact on the soil. Jump right in and see how the plots are planted, tended and watered with the guidance of local family farmers.
 
14.45 Your car will return you to your hotel.

DAY 11: HOI AN DRIVE TO DA NANG AND FLY TO HO CHI MINH CITY
After breakfast, transfer to Danang Airport for your morning flight to Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon). On arrival, transfer to your selected hotel. In the same morning, you will Ho Chi Minh day tour to discover the Colonial Residential Quarter with the Hotel de Ville, the Opera House, the 19th century Notre-Dame Cathedral, the beautiful Central Post Office and the more modern Reunification Palace (inside).

DAY 12: FULL DAY CU CHI TUNNELS AND CITY
8:30 AM Meet our tour guide at your hotel and start our Sai Gon Day tour by visiting to Cu Chi Tunnels, a must-see destination in Southern Vietnam. Located 70 km from Ho Chi Minh City, this place has been known since the Vietnam – American War. Underground tunnels in Cu Chi were used as a base of the Vietnamese Army (Việt cộng). The tunnel system covers almost all the Cu Chi area, stretching over 200km and consists of three levels in depth (from 8 to 12 meters). You will be introduced to the scheme of the system and watch a surprising documentary about the heroic railway land of Cu Chi. Then you will visit parts of the tunnel’s partisan museum, a reproduction of the military department where sawing to produce a bomb grenades and mines. You can also see the smoke-free military stove, a conference room, and a commander's bunker. For a more “thrilling” experience, you can even test your shooting skills on original AK47s and other guns from past war times (subject to a surcharge). Drive back to the city center for a lunch at a local restaurant. 
 
Afternoon, explore Saigon during the afternoon city tour which will take you to the bustling Cholon (Chinatown), Thien Hau pagoda, one of the oldest pagodas of the Chinese in the area. Visit the former Presidential Palace, renowned for its symbolic role in the fall of Saigon in 1975 and continue to visit the War Remnants Museum. Round up our day by an exciting shopping at colorful Ben Thanh Market if you wish.

DAY 13: FULL DAY MEKONG DELTA EXPLORATION
8:00 you meet t our tour guide at your hotel in Saigon and start your Ben Tre full day tour. Upon arrival at Ben Tre town, take a boat trip along Ben Tre River to see how the life on River Banks. We stop at Brick factory, Salt workshop and coconut workshop. Then we continue our cruise on Cai Sơn and Nhơn Thạnh creeks to see some family making mats. Afterward, take a motor cart trip through the rice fields and vegetable plains.
 
Lunch with the fish menu will be served at a local family.
 
Afternoon, you will take a rowing boat along water palm creek to return to pier where our driver is waiting to take us back to Ho Chi Minh City.

DAY 14: HO CHI MINH CITY - DEPARTURE
After breakfast, time at leisure until your departure to the airport for flight to next destination
