"Superb customer service" I was referred to Go Indochina Tours by my cousin who recently toured with them and I was not disappointed. Thao (Catherine) was very responsive and helpful. She followed up and was very patient as we figured out our plans. She helped me book the best options for our short trip in Da Nang and the flight to Ho Chi Minh City. There was a flight cancel but Thao was very diligent to be in touch and worked with the airline to get us a better option than what we originally had planned. I would totally recommend the company to any travelers!
