DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY ARRIVAL
Upon arrival in Saigon Airport (SGN), our guide will greet you at the airport and then, transfer you to your hotel for check-in (your room at hotel will be at your disposal from 14:00hrs onward)
 
Ho Chi Minh City, the former Saigon, once called the Pearl of the Orient is today a large metropolis that offers the best shopping and dining experiences of Vietnam

DAY 2: HO CHI MINH CITY TO CU CHI TUNNELS BY SPEED BOAT
07:30 - 8:00 AM, Pick-up at the hotel and transfer to the pier in District 2 for a half-day tour by speed boat to Cu Chi Tunnels, a must-see destination in Southern Vietnam. These Underground tunnels in Cu Chi have been known during the Vietnamese – American war. Visiting to the tunnel system is stretching over 200km and consists of three levels in depth (from 8 to 12 meters) will give you an introduction to a period of Vietnamese history and what materials that the Vietnamese people used to dig such a long tunnel system and how the local people use these tunnels during the war. You have the chance to crawl through this amazing system of tunnels. To have more “thrilling” experience, you can even test your shooting skills by using original AK47s and other type of gun from past war times (subject to a surcharge).
 
Afternoon, explore Saigon during the afternoon city tour which will take you to the bustling Cholon (Chinatown), Thien Hau pagoda, one of the oldest pagodas of the Chinese in the area. Visit the former Presidential Palace, renowned for its symbolic role in the fall of Saigon in 1975 and continue to visit the War Remnants Museum. Round up our day by an exciting shopping at colourful Ben Thanh Market if you wish.

DAY 3: HO CHI MINH CITY TO BEN TRE AND CAN THO
08:30 AM, meet our tour guide at your hotel in Saigon and start our full day tour to Ben Tre. Upon arrival at Ben Tre town, take a boat trip along Ben Tre River to see how the life on River Banks. We stop at Brick factory, Salt workshop and coconut workshop. Then we continue our cruise on Cai Sơn and Nhơn Thạnh creeks to see some family making mats. Afterwards, take a motor cart trip through the rice fields and vegetable plains.
 
Lunch with the fish menu will be served at a local family.
 
Afternoon, we take a rowing boat along water palm creek to return to pier where our driver is waiting to take us back to Ho Chi Minh City

DAY 4: CAN THO TO HO CHI MINH CITY AND FLYTO HUE
Early morning, explore the Cai Rang market, one of the most bustling floating markets in the Mekong Delta with hundreds of small boats laden with fruits, barging and jostling for space as owners attempt to sell their goods. 
 
Boat through the palm-shaded creek to see local houses and green orchards, ship building yards and local markets in full swing, Afterwards, visit Binh Thuy ancient house and Can Tho market. 
Afterward, drive back to Ho Chi Minh City airport for domestic flight to Hue by evening flight.
 
Upon arrival at the airport in Hue, meet and greet by our tour guide in Centre part and transfer to hotel in Hue.

DAY 5: HUE FULL DAY CITY TOUR
08:00 AM, meet tour guide at your hotel and start our full day discovering Hue, the former capital of Vietnam under the Nguyen Dynasty. We visit the Imperial Citadel and Forbidden City created in the 19th century for the Emperors under the Nguyen Dynasty. We later take a boat ride along the Perfume River to Thien Mu Pagoda with a 21-meter high octagonal tower built in 1844. Afterward, drive to another local pagoda where we will have our vegetarian lunch. 
 
Afternoon, we drive to the outskirts of Hue to the impressive tombs of Emperors Tu Duc and Khai Dinh which are considered two of the most beautiful Royal Tombs in Hue.

DAY 6: HUE TO DA NANG AND HOI AN
10:00 AM, Drive to Hoi An over the Sea Cloud pass with a stop in Danang to see Cham Museum. 
Arrive in Hoi An and enjoy your leisure time. Many of Hoi An’s colorful buildings have been lovingly restored, and the UNESCO recognized town now has a vintage vibe. Hoi An is full of interesting things to see and do, including expert tailors, galleries, boutiques, and beaches.
 
We will enjoy a Hoi An day tour through the narrow winding streets of the Ancient Quarter, visiting Chua Ong Pagoda, Chinese Assembly Halls, the 200-year old Tam Ky ancestral house and the Japanese Bridge.
In the evening, a tasting dinner is organized in one of the best restaurants of the ancient city.

DAY 7: TRA QUE VILLAGE
Tra Que vegetable village located in Cam Ha Commune, Hoi An Town (Quang Nam). Tra Que vegetable was famous for a long time with many vegetable products were grown on fertile soil, fertilized with seaweed from Co Co River. Tra Que is not only a brand known for making high-quality fresh vegetables but also as an attractive destination for travelers where they can try to be a local resident. 
 
Meet our tour guide at the hotel and start our bike ride to Tra Que village for sightseeing Upon arrival, You will be welcomed with a special local soft drink – “É” water or local tea. Take a short walk around the vegetable garden to see local farmer at work. 
 
Begin to learn how to cook local foods including Banh Xeo, “Tam Huu” spring roll, Tra Que spring roll.
After your cooking class, enjoy the foods cooked by yourself. 
 
At 13:30hrs, we return back to the hotel by bicycle then enjoy your free time at leisure.

DAY 8: HOI AN TO CULINARY RIVER CRUISE AND DANANG FLY TO HANOI
10:00 AM, meet at the hotel and transfer to boat pier by Jeep for a 3,5-hour cruise explore the wonderful Hoi An river culture and daily life while you immerse yourself in Hoi An food culture.
 
Embarking, it is time to relax and enjoy the romance of the river. Perhaps enjoy a glass of wine? Watch the local people go about their daily lives in Tra Nhieu village and explore the river coconut forest. After exploring the stunning river and its river culture we sit to savor the freshly made dishes “An Com Gia Dinh”. Your meal is accompanied by some of our local wines and to be enjoyed in an unhurried and relaxed manner.
 
Upon arrival at the pier, transfer back to hotel by Jeep. Then transfer to the airport in Danang for flight to Hanoi.
Optional activities during the cruise: 1 hour biking in Duy Hai village, 1 hour kayak or paddling a traditional coracle boat.

DAY 9: HANOI CITY TOUR
Hanoi day tour starts at 8.30 AM. You will visit Ho Chi Minh complex; home to his mausoleum, garden, house and a museum which traces his life and work. We continue with a short visit to the famous One-pillar-pagoda nearby. 
 
Then you head to Koto restaurant in Hanoi to continue your culinary knowledge. Start a hands-on cooking class then enjoy the dishes that you have prepared.
In the afternoon; we will see Ethnology Museum, which gives an excellent overview of the country's ethnic groups, their customs, and ways of life. The beautiful grounds display original old houses from many different ethnic groups. After here we will head to the center for a walking tour to explore the lively Old Quarter of Hanoi. The 36 streets of the Old Quarter date back to the middle ages when they supplied the Emperor’s citadel. Here, we will enjoy a shopping hour on Hang Gai Street. 
 
In the evening, spend a great time in the Old Quarter and try a local beer at “big hoi” corner and the local street food such as grilled meat, vegetable, a bowl of pho just like a local people. Then try a cup of coffee at the local coffee shop.

DAY 10: HANOI TO HA LONG BAY WITH OVERNIGHT ON CRUISE
10:00 AM, meet our tour guide at your hotel and drive to Hai Phong
 
Dinh Vu port in Hai Phong where we will board to the Orchid Cruise for an overnight cruise through Lan Ha Bay to Halong bay. Lan Ha Bay is a quiet tourist paradise in Vietnam. The region is known for its pristine beaches and spectacular beauty, having about 400 fascinating islands. Unlike the main Halong bay, the islands of Lan Ha Bay are forested and more are small in stature.
 
During the cruise, we can see a lighthouse built by the French over 100 years ago; visit an untouched area as well as the amazing limestone karst formations rising up out of the sea in an impressive manner.
 
Lunch will be served on cruise
 
In the late afternoon, take a trip in small coracles, used by fishermen for centuries. You will learn how they go about their trade, casting the nets, whilst navigating the waters in their tiny craft. Alternatively, you may prefer to try your hand at kayaking or just having a swim in the crystal clear waters of the bay.
 
Enjoy the magnificent sunset over Ha Long Bay. There might be a possibility for you to join a cooking demonstration onboard. The chef will instruct you how to make some Vietnamese dishes

DAY 11: HA LONG BAY TO HAI PHONG DRIVE TO HANOI
Wake up in the early morning to enjoy the best moment of sunrise over the Gulf of Tonkin then you can join the Tai Chi class on Sundeck. Breakfast is served at restaurant.
After breakfast, take canoe to visit the Sang Toi cave then return to the boat for brunch while the boat is cruising back to harbor. 
11:30 AM, you reach the harbor where our driver is waiting to transfer you back to Hanoi.

DAY 12: HANOI – DEPARTURE

After breakfast, time at leisure until your departure to the airport for flight to next destination
